Registering

When you request a home value report, you register with our virtual office website by giving your name, email address and phone number and agreeing to these terms. Registering is free and creates no financial obligation of any kind. We confirm your email address by sending your report to it.

Our relationship

By registering, you enter a lawful broker and consumer relationship with The Caldwell Group | eXp Realty. It isn't an agreement to list your home or to work with us exclusively. Any listing or representation agreement would be a separate written agreement you choose to sign.

Your interest

You confirm that you have a genuine interest in buying or selling a home of the kind shown on this site.

How you may use the listing information

The listing information you receive, including sold prices and photos of nearby homes, is for your personal, non-commercial use.
You won't copy, share, republish or redistribute it, or use it for any purpose other than buying or selling your own home.
Photos of homes other brokerages listed are shown courtesy of those brokerages and remain the property of their owners.

The MLS

Listing and sales information comes from the Northern Kentucky Multiple Listing Service. You acknowledge that the MLS and its participants own that information and that it is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. The MLS and its duly authorized representatives may access this site to check that it follows MLS rules.

Your home value

The home value report is an automated estimate from recent sales. It isn't an appraisal, may not reflect your home's condition or updates, and shouldn't be used for lending.
